You can track your order by clicking the "Order Status" link in our footer. You'll need your order number and the email address used at checkout. Once your order ships, we'll also send a tracking link to your email.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn gear. Items must be in their original packaging. Final sale items are excluded from returns. Please view the Returns & Exchanges section below for a full guide.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Currently, we only ship within Sri Lanka (LKR). We are looking to expand into international markets soon. Stay tuned!

Our Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your NEXO gear. If things aren't quite right, we're here to help.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Original packaging and tags must be intact.
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your item.

How to start a return?

1. Pack your items securely in the original shipping box or any sturdy carton.

2. Contact our support team to generate a return authorization number.

3. Drop off the package at our partner courier locations.

Gift Card Guide

NEXO Gift Cards are the perfect way to give the gift of performance. Here is everything you need to know:

Purchase: Available in denominations from LKR 5,000 to LKR 50,000.
Digital Delivery: Sent via email immediately after purchase.
Redemption: Enter the unique code at checkout in the 'Promo/Gift Card' field.
No Expiry: Our gift cards never expire.
Balance Check: Contact support to check your remaining balance.
